ENERCON is seeking an After Sales Manager based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. You will be the primary contact for customers on technical and commercial issues, oversee after sales accounts, coordinate with regional service teams, and drive contract negotiations and service innovations.

The role requires strong relationship management, contract negotiation experience, and a proactive, solution-focused approach to customer concerns within the wind energy sector.

Qualifications

• 2 years Customer Service experience is essential.
• University Degree/Masters in Business Economics and/or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar field is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills are essential.
• Assertive, adaptable and friendly personality with excellent people skills.
• Knowledge of contractual, commercial and technical aspects of the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the first point of contact for customers for technical and commercial queries.
• End-to-end responsibility for After Sales accounts as holistic client relationship manager.
• Coordinate solution findings with the service department in the region.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts and warranties.
• Prepare documentation and reports following customer and company requirements.
