Job description

  • Salary: €16.66 per Hour Inclusive of Shift Allowance

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Appearance members. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our aircraft maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety based in Dublin Airport.

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories. We value a collaborative approach and clear communication to ensure a high standard of service. We prioritize accuracy and attention to detail to achieve the required operational turn-around time for each aircraft.

These roles are shift positions, averaging 37.5 hours per week, and will commence in Spring 2025. We will provide a monthly schedule that may include weekend and holiday work. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently clean and prepare aircraft cabins, galleys, and lavatories to meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Meticulously inspect and clean aircraft interiors, paying close attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and priorities to meet operational needs.
  • A commitment to keeping high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • A reliable and punctual work ethic.
  • The ability to focus on tasks and complete them accurately.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Be at least 18 years of age at the closing date of this notice
  • Hold a full EU driving license
  • Successfully complete a 5-year security background check and Garda Vetting process*
  • Be eligible to live and work in the E.U
  • Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Be willing to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Be adaptable, committed, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Be physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
  • Be prepared to adhere to all Aer Lingus PPE requirements
  • Be able to work in various weather conditions
  • Be aware of the security, health, and safety requirements of the role.

The airport is a loud and busy environment, if you have sensory sensitivity, this should be a consideration before applying. Aer Lingus provide earplugs/headphones for your own safety as part of your PPE.
