Job summary

TD in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Advisory Compliance Manager (TDGF) to lead Compliance activities for TDGF, Global Markets and Corporate Investment Banking. You will rapidly understand the business lines, booking models, products and transaction types, and build trusted relationships with the business and control functions.

You will advise on interpretation of regulatory developments, act as the point of contact for transaction reporting questions, represent Compliance in reporting meetings,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated relevant experience in the industry.
• Working knowledge of EU and UK financial services regime (CRD, MiFID II, EMIR, MAR).
• Knowledge of transaction reporting including MiFIR RTS 22, EMIR, SFTR.
• Ability to assess risk and discuss with the business to determine best approach.
• Experience dealing with Central Bank of Ireland and regulatory inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business lines, booking models, products, transaction types and provide compliance advice across desks.
• Build and maintain relationships with the business and control functions to sustain compliance independence.
• Advise on interpretation and implementation of new regulatory developments/requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for transaction reporting questions from operations and technology teams.
• Represent Compliance in transaction reporting meetings and forums and deliver training on related topics.
