Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking an Advertising Sales Representative for the Nordic market (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish). This 12-month, fully onsite role offers ownership of a growing portfolio of SMB advertisers and targets-driven performance.

You will build relationships, qualify leads, and guide campaigns from planning to optimization, using data-backed strategies. Fluency in English plus one Nordic language is required, with experience in digital advertising or SaaS sales advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account management or customer engagement.
• Experience with outbound calling or proactive client contact.
• Background in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS or platform-based sales.
• Fluent English (C1) plus fluent Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish (C1).
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
• Comfortable working toward targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of SMB advertisers, owning their growth and retention.
• Connect with existing and prospective clients through warm outbound calls, email and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads and guide opportunities through the full sales funnel.
• Understand each advertiser's goals and match them with the right advertising solutions.
• Coach clients through campaign optimization, performance reviews and ongoing strategy.
• Keep a clean, structured pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Stay on top of daily and weekly activity goals.
• Meet SLA standards for lead response, follow-ups and renewals.
• Document client interactions clearly to support accurate forecasting.
