Job summary

Accenture seeks a Quality & Performance Lead (CL10) in Dublin to drive sales excellence for the Ads organization. The role leverages AI-powered insights, call analysis, and performance data to improve agent interactions and overall sales effectiveness.

You will partner with Team Leads, Sales Managers and Training to implement coaching, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Sales Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ads Advertising sphere.
• Experience delivering feedback and coaching to sales professionals.
• Experience analyzing performance data to derive actionable improvements.
• English language proficiency: C1 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and audit sales interactions across voice and digital channels to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct detailed call reviews and assessments to identify strengths and opportunities for coaching.
• Utilize AI-enabled monitoring and conversation intelligence tools to uncover trends and coaching needs.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify quality gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Maintain and enhance quality scorecards, audit frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
• Partner with Teams Leads and Managers to deliver actionable coaching and drive sales effectiveness.
• Analyze metrics to identify risks and opportunities and develop executive-ready reports.
• Collaborate with Training to close knowledge gaps and develop learning content.
