Your new role

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students and will assist in implementing a new admission system. The role involves managing admissions and applications, coordinating school reports, assisting with day-to-day school operations, preparing documentation packs, and liaising with school departments, staff, and external parties.

What you'll need to succeed

The role requires 4+ years of experience in a busy administrative setting. Marketing experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders and supporting efficiency and change management initiatives. You should have excellent knowledge of relevant administrative systems (Microsoft Office) to ensure smooth operations.
