Based out of our Sligo office, Howden Ireland are delighted to have a vacancy for an Administration Executive who will be an integral part of our wider Financial Advisory team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Executive to join our Advisory Department, with a focus on Life & Pensions and will report directly to the Head of Operations - Advisory. This role is vital to the smooth running of client and adviser support functions.
The role will sit within the administration team and will provide full support to the inhouse Financial Planning Advisor team in all administration matters for both new business and management of existing clients. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end administration process associated with life, pensions, and protection products, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, compliance, and efficiency.
Extremely well organised with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of growing team, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a busy environment.
Aptitude for learning involves specifically working towards an industry qualification over a specified period.
A minimum of 2 years previous experience working in an administrative role in the Life & Pensions industry is preferred
Familiarity with Life & Pension broking platforms, provider systems, portals and products is essential
Possesses a strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.
