A leading logistics company is seeking an ambitious individual for an administrative role within the Driver HR department. The successful candidate will assist in managing driver training and queries while ensuring effective communication in English and Polish. This full-time position offers competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive onsite training.
We are currently recruiting for an exciting position in our Driver HR department in New Ross.
The successful candidate will work in an administration role, working directly with the Driver HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hardworking individual, with an ability to follow instructions and work on their own initiative in a busy working environment.
Full onsite training will be provided, with competitive salary and company benefits including a monthly bonus awarded to the successful candidate. Fluent English and Polish are a requirement for this position.
The Role:
· Assisting the department manager with translating in English and Polish
· Organising driver training
· Effective management of driver queries
· Other administration duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should:
· Be a confident communicator
· Have the ability to prioritise and follow-up
· Be capable of working on their own initiative
· Possess strong computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
Qualifications & Experience:
· Fluent in English and Polish
Full onsite training will be provided.
This is a full time, permanent role based in New Ross, Co.Wexford.
