At ICE Group, we’re seeking an Administration and Training Support Officer to play a key role in the administration and payroll support of our Contracted Training Business Unit. This is a full time permanent position and our office is located in Liosban Estate in Galway.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage training administration and payroll-related activities.
  • Liaise with tutors, learners, and internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Prepare and process documentation including tutor packs, assessments, and payment forms.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and support payroll processes.
  • Respond to queries from agency workers regarding payroll, pensions, and other employment matters.
  • Support the day-to-day running of training courses and learner engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with contract, quality, and health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other business units to support wider organisational goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • Professional qualifications in Business/Teaching or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of training administration and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numbers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Irish taxation is a plus.
  • Full clean driving licence.
