Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Ireland's Westport area seeks an ADC Process Scientist for a 12-month contract. You will deploy advanced ADC manufacturing knowledge to support technology transfer and ongoing production at a state-of-the-art facility.

Applicants should hold a graduate degree (MSc/PhD preferred) in chemistry/biochemistry/analytical science with biopharma experience, including conjugation and fill-finish concepts, and be ready to work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with MSc or PhD in biopharma or related field.
• Experience with ADC manufacturing and conjugation processes.
• Experience with technology transfers to manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep ADC science to manufacturing processes for transfers.
• Develop robust process control strategies for NPIs.
• Design and qualify single-use assemblies for sterile production.
• Lead equipment selection and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure scalable processes.
