Job description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Activity Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team within a mental health rehabilitation ward. This role is central to supporting adults with complex and enduring mental health conditions to engage in meaningful, structured, and recovery-focused activity.

You will play a key role in promoting purpose, independence, and social inclusion, contributing to a therapeutic environment that supports patients on their rehabilitation journey.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
