Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable – timely collection of outstanding balances and application of payments.
• Recurring Revenue – manage the external recurring revenue system alongside the internal CRM system.
• Address invoices queries from customers or internal departments.
• Raising invoices.
• Sending statements to businesses.
• Reconciling EFT & cash payments.
• Support Finance team in ad hoc AR reconciliations.

Job title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Claregalway, Co. Galway

Salary: €33,500 – €43,500 DOE per annum, paid monthly

We're looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our Team. You'll will be responsible for performing accounts receivable activities in an accurate and timely manner. The Accounts Receivable Specialist must be a highly motived and improvement focused individual, who possesses excellent planning & organization, customer service, operational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Core role and responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable - Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding balances from customers and application of payments to customer accounts.
• Recurring Revenue – Managing the external recurring revenue system alongside the Internal CRM system
• Addressing Customer or Internal department queries regarding invoices.

• Sending statements to Businesses
• Reconciling EFT & Cash payments
