Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or Team Lead role.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with OCR/invoice automation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end AP function across multiple entities.
• Lead and develop the AP team.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and payment runs.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve escalated queries.
• Perform reconciliations, support month-end close, and assist with audits.
• Drive continuous improvement across AP processes and controls.
