Accounts Assistance Receivables

We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistance Receivables to join our Finance team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Job Description

The role supports billing and credit control functions, assisting with daily duties and ad-hoc projects within the Finance Department.

Specific Tasks

• Use of Laboratory Information Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental documentation (Training records, SOPs, Forms).
• Support monthly client billing to meet deadlines.
• Manage debtors’ ledgers for four companies, ensuring adherence to credit terms.
• Handle customer queries via email and phone.
• Assist in banking functions, including processing credit card payments and client cheques.
• Contribute to departmental projects to improve efficiencies and processes.
• Distribute client invoices timely.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Provide regular reports to management.
• Offer ad hoc support to the Finance Department as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related field.

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable and proven credit control skills.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Exchequer is an advantage.
