Job description
A leading and prestigious Real Estate organisation is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 1–3 years of experience who’s eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and strong potential for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly and year-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments)
  • Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations (including client accounts)
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with management accounts
  • Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Prepare/update cash flow schedules and support VAT/PAYE filings
  • Assist with payroll and audit preparation
  • Contribute to internal financial controls and reporting
What You’ll Need:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a finance/accounting support role
  • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach
