The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in the Foodservice and Wholesale sectors across UK&I. You will work closely with all internal departments - including purchasing, planning, finance, production, quality, and logistics - to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive business growth.

Description
Build and manage relationships with Foodservice and Wholesale customers in GB and Ireland
Meet sales targets and performance goals
Deal with customer queries and solve problems quickly
Work closely with different teams to meet customer needs
Understand customer plans and highlight any issues in monthly sales meetings
Learn how pricing and customer contracts work
Share customer feedback on service, products, and delivery
Attend trade shows to promote the company and find new customers
Help renew yearly contracts with customers
Take part in market research and help develop new products
Keep an eye on competitors and suggest ways to improve our offering
Profile
Experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG
Able to travel occasionally in GB and throughout Ireland
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good with numbers and confident using data
Friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships
Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, Skype)
Full UK or Irish driving licence
