The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers in the Foodservice and Wholesale sectors across UK&I. You will work closely with all internal departments - including purchasing, planning, finance, production, quality, and logistics - to ensure customer satisfaction and help drive business growth.

Description

  • Build and manage relationships with Foodservice and Wholesale customers in GB and Ireland

  • Meet sales targets and performance goals

  • Deal with customer queries and solve problems quickly

  • Work closely with different teams to meet customer needs

  • Understand customer plans and highlight any issues in monthly sales meetings

  • Learn how pricing and customer contracts work

  • Share customer feedback on service, products, and delivery

  • Attend trade shows to promote the company and find new customers

  • Help renew yearly contracts with customers

  • Take part in market research and help develop new products

  • Keep an eye on competitors and suggest ways to improve our offering

Profile

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG

  • Able to travel occasionally in GB and throughout Ireland

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good with numbers and confident using data

  • Friendly, professional, and able to build strong relationships

  • Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks

  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, Skype)

  • Full UK or Irish driving licence
