Role Overview:

A leading broker is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, drive new business growth, and support a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims.
• Develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Support Account Executives and contribute to team sales targets.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in commercial SME insurance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in Office Suite; Open I experience is an advantage.
• Compliance with Central Bank's MCC & Fitness & Probity standards.
