Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor for Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin. The role reports to the hotel management team and focuses on leading the housekeeping team, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining high standards across public areas and facilities.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in an Accommodation Department at supervisory level, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of work to ensure high standards.
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel clean (conference room, leisure facilities).
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain hotel standards.
