O'Donoghue Ring Collection's Killarney Towers Hotel is recruiting an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead the housekeeping function and ensure top-class room standards. You will manage and support the team to deliver exceptional service in a 4-star property with 186 bedrooms.

You will oversee quality control, staff delegation, and liaise with Maintenance to uphold standards, while providing strong leadership across the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in an Accommodation Department at supervisory/management level.
• Excellent organisational communication skills.
• Fluent in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Delegate rooms to accommodation assistants and support the team.
• Monitor cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel.
• Liaise with Maintenance to keep hotel standards high.
• People manage housekeeping assistants and supervisors.
