Overview

Are you planning on moving to Ireland and looking for a job? Recruitment agency Labyrinth Recruitment has hospitality jobs in Ireland available nationwide. For our client, one of the finest 5-star hotels in Co. Cork, Ireland, we are looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager.

Candidate information/requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience as an Accommodation Manager in a similar 4-5* property managing a team of over 15 employees

• The ability to motivate people, delegate tasks, and work as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness

• Working knowledge of Opera or similar room systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An advanced level of English is required

About the job

• Permanent, full-time position;

• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation for 100 € per week for a single private room in shared accommodation. Utilities are included in the cost;

• Salary after tax in Ireland for this Accommodation Manager role will be 3.170 € net per month (50 000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week (overtime is possible);

• Salary is paid every two weeks;

• Your duties will be: managing all functions of the housekeeping department, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in all hotel areas, controlling a budget and finances, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies, effectively recruiting and managing employees and overall equipment, and maintaining control.
