UPMC Ireland seeks an Access to Care Advisor for a bank contract at UPMC Kildare. You will support Admissions, Front Desk and Medical Records, ensuring smooth patient flow and data handling in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Role requires strong administrative skills, patient confidentiality and teamwork across departments to deliver outstanding service and efficient patient pathways.
The Access to Care Advisor will be part of an integrated team across our UPMC healthcare services that will simplify Access to Care for our patients. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with agility and diligence to ensure the success of the Access to Care team in the furtherance of our mission of bringing life changing medicine to all the patients and communities for whom we are privileged to serve. We are looking for a candidate with healthcare experience who is service-minded and is driven to help others and make the patient experience as straightforward as possible. The candidate will be a team-player who is adaptable, responsive and learning-minded in a fast paced environment. They will be organised in their approach and competent in the use of technology to facilitate a collaborative and effective way of working.
The Post holder must hold the following to fulfil the requirements of this post:
Salary: €30,805.00 - €46,336.78 per annum based on a 39 hour work week
