Job summary

JMG (EHS) SOLUTIONS LIMITED, based near Dublin, is recruiting an Access Control Compliance Officer to oversee governance and compliance across data centre facilities. You will ensure access for employees, contractors, visitors, and third parties aligns with policies, regulatory requirements and customer contracts.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience in compliance, risk management or security governance.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent desirable.
• Good understanding of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control compliance/governance across multiple data centre facilities.
• Ensure employee, contractor, visitor, and third-party access complies with policies, customer requirements, and security procedures.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain access control compliance/governance policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews of access permissions, authorisations, and supporting records.
• Perform compliance monitoring activities and identify corrective actions.
• Carry out operational risk assessments relating to access control compliance/governance and security governance.
• Investigate access-related incidents, policy breaches, and security non-conformities, preparing reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and other frameworks.
• Support audits by preparing documentation, evidence, reports, and records.
• Analyse compliance data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce management reports, dashboards, risk registers, and metrics for senior management.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Information Security, Facilities, Operations and customer reps to ensure governance.
• Maintain accurate compliance records per regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Support business continuity and resilience initiatives.
• Promote security awareness and best practices across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and governance controls.

Education

Third-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience in compliance, risk management or security governance
