Job summary

Griffith College Dublin is hiring a Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officer (Academic QAE) to advance QA policies and reporting across programmes. You will work with academic colleagues to implement QQI-compliant processes and support external reviews.

The role involves developing documentation, coordinating QA processes, and leading projects within the QAED to maintain academic excellence and student success.

• Previous experience implementing/managing quality assurance procedures in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Support programme development and administrative issues for quality assurance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures.
• Edit and finalise documentation to meet QAE practices and QQI standards.
• Assist in College publications such as handbooks and calendars.
• Support academic processes managed by the QAE Department (PEL, appeals, complaints).
• Prepare reports for external validating and accreditation agencies.
• Contribute to internal and external QA reviews and external agency submissions.
• Collaborate with programme directors on programme documentation for external review.
• Support other academic development and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain relevant records and participate in college committees.
