Job summary

Pfizer Newbridge, located in Co. Kildare, invites graduates to join a 23-month programme rotating into four areas of the business.

You will be mentored and guided through a structured development framework, with exposure to diverse projects that build practical experience and impact on patients' lives. Successful candidates will be hired through CPL for the duration of the programme; eligibility to work in Ireland is required, and no relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduates with Level 8 or Level 9 in Science or Engineering, in 2025, 2026 or 2027.
• Recent graduates or final-year students eligible to start September 2027.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into four different areas of the business over 23 months.
• Engage in personal and professional development guided by a placement framework.
• Work with a dedicated mentor and participate in cross-site projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations during each rotation.

Pfizer Newbridge, located in Co. Kildare, is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site specializing in complex oral solid dose products. With over 25 years of manufacturing expertise, the site supports products from pilot scale through to commercial production and supplies medicines to patients globally. Graduates gain exposure to a range of functions across a dynamic manufacturing environment while contributing to projects that improve patient lives.

You will be

• Excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change
• Passionate about your field of expertise
• Graduated (or expected to graduate) with a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Available to start in September 2027
