Grant Thornton Ireland is inviting graduates to join the 2027 Advisory Graduate Programme. You will explore multiple capability areas, from Transactions to AI, Data & Technology, Accounting and Cyber & Risk, selecting a preferred path while gaining broad advisory exposure.
Join us to build transferable skills from day one with structured learning, coaching and opportunities to work on client projects in a fast-paced environment, based primarily in our Dublin office.
Advisory work is rarely confined to one discipline. Our clients come to us with complex, connected challenges, and our teams bring together commercial, financial, digital, risk and transformation expertise to help solve them. We work with organisations at every stage of their business journey, from growth and transformation to transactions, risk management, technology adoption, financial reporting and operational improvement.
That means graduates can build transferable skills from the outset, while still indicating where their interests and strengths may best fit across Advisory.
