Job Summary

To support sales and operations by providing policyholder service to customers, marketing activities, and field underwriting to develop and maintain good customer relationships and improve business.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

1. Support sales and operations by providing policyholder service to customers in the form of technical advice.
2. Provide support related to marketing activities and field underwriting.
3. Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external customers to ensure quality service.
4. Efficiently use business processes, communicate product information, and utilize available resources to retain existing customers and support customer prospecting activities.
5. Ensure service standards are met and business processes are efficient and effective.
6. Lead short-term (3 to 9 months) defined scope projects.
