Job description

• Ensuring the planning Rebuild project is executed smoothly and ensures all targets and network construction timeline can run according to the time and cost that has been set.
• Monitor Rebuild project lastmile & backbone or other related project that has not get big impact interrupt service to customer
• Serve as the primary point of contact and leader for Rebuild construction projects within your designated zone.
• Ensure network rollout and installation of last-mile infrastructure, including fiber optic cables and related equipment.
• Ensure productivity of contractors /vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and ensure the Linknet Rebuild lastmile Network is operated, maintained and engineered as good as possible based on SOP
• Ensure that all lastime Rebuild network link quality and availability are met with SLA target.
• Evaluate and select vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors based on project requirements, capabilities, and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards or quality issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, milestones achieved, and issues encountered for management and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in last-mile connectivity projects, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• 4 years in relevant work with at least two (2) years in a Supervisory role, PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the designated zone and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry, with a focus on build-to-suit projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore.
• Willing to Work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
