Job summary

Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Youth Engagement Coordinator based in Jakarta to empower youth voices and drive inclusive children's rights initiatives. You will lead youth-led groups, support advocacy campaigns and movements, and build partnerships with youth networks, ensuring participation is safe, inclusive, and impactful across our programs.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

We’re looking for a Youth Engagement Coordinator to join Plan International Indonesia!

Who are we looking for?

Someone with experience in youth engagement, advocacy, programme coordination, and partnership-building, who enjoys collaborating with young people and diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of GEDSI and safeguarding, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.
