Position: Domestic Sales Manager (Spun Yarn)
Placement: Purwakarta, West Java

Our client is a yarn manufacturing company located in Bekasi, Indonesia.
Approximately 35% of its products are value-added, such as siro spun yarn, lycra core spun yarn, slub yarn, rayon/cotton blended yarn, sewing thread, bamboo 100%, bamboo/cotton, and modal/cotton yarn. The company caters to a highly quality-conscious market, with exports spread across 30 countries including the US, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, as well as the domestic market of Indonesia.

Requirements
  • Candidate should have work experience in sales handling domestic Indonesian products like 100% Cotton carded, Poly/Cotton blends in Ring and OE technology, Cotton/Modal, Cotton/Bamboo, and other cotton blended specialties.
  • Yarn sales experience of 4-7 years.
  • Open to local Indonesians or expatriates working in the spinning business in Indonesia.
Job Description
  1. Conduct market trend analysis and demand forecasting for various products to meet targets and support pricing decisions.
  2. Achieve desired sales and revenues through product mix and realization.
  3. Assess the financial health of customers to propose credit limits, including visiting customers and market references.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of finished goods and provide after-sales service as per policy.
  5. Develop a system for capturing market information to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
  6. Drive business and product development by tying up with local customers, conducting trials, and developing new value-added products.
  7. Regularly interact with customers to develop new products and enhance satisfaction.
  8. Obtain market references for potential prospects and approach them.
  9. Timely clearance of B-grade stocks and ensure financial integrity.
  10. Promote the ABY brand in the local market and communicate its value proposition.
