We are looking for a Part-Time Xero Finance Specialist.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports using Xero.
2. Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
3. Implement and maintain effective internal controls within Xero.
4. Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
5. Report regularly to management on financial status and risks.
6. Update and prepare up to six months of cash flow projections for management every two weeks, including checking monthly expenses and incoming contract payments.

Monthly Tax Reporting

1. Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in accordance with local regulations.
2. Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors as required.
3. Ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English.
2. Good knowledge of Xero.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/tax reporting.
4. Experience in tax planning.
5. Experience in budget planning.
6. Proven ability to communicate effectively with teams.
7. A tax certificate is a plus.

Conditions

This is a specialist position with a 6-month contract. Longer contracts may be offered after a successful initial period.

Part-time position with 20 hours of work per week (approximately 2.5 days).

Location

Based in Bali, with a minimum of once a week in Tri Hita’s office in Denpasar.

Remuneration will be between IDR 5 - 8 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
