We operate as Software as a Service (SaaS) and are located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. Our company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet.

cmlabs serves users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also has products such as SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. We plan to expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Job Description
  • Leading a content writer team
  • Partnering and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Constructing design research studies; starting from understanding research context, defining research objectives, identifying methodology, determining logistics, until drafting essential documents
  • Developing content to target audiences
  • Monitoring and organizing metrics, KPI, and goals (quantitative and qualitative)
Qualification
  • 3-5 years overall work experience as a hands-on Writer in the industry
  • A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
