About the role

As a Workshop Technician at PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing various machines and equipment used in our Power Plant in East Cikarang, West Java. This full-time position is essential for ensuring that electrical and mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely to support our maintenance goals.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all workshop equipment and machinery (Electrical & Mechanical)
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing appropriate repairs promptly
3. Collaborate with the production team to address equipment concerns or breakdowns
4. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
6. Identify opportunities to improve workshop processes and recommend improvements to management
7. Assist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing machinery

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in machinery maintenance and repair
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workshop Technician in Power Plants, Pulp & Paper, or Manufacturing sectors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop procedures
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and specifications
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
• Commitment to safety and proactive risk mitigation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or equipment
