Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Workshop Assistant in Central Kalimantan. The role involves budgeting, creating and aligning daily and monthly work plans, and coordinating manpower, heavy equipment, and vehicles to meet repair targets.

The candidate will oversee materials planning, ensure tool and labor availability, and monitor repairs by third-party technicians. Strong emphasis on accurate spare parts handling and adherence to company policy is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as Technical Assistant in Palm Oil Plantation.
• Overhaul heavy equipment, dump trucks and excavators.
• Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Create a budget based on field conditions and yearly plan.
• Create monthly and daily work plans and allocate materials.
• Coordinate foremen, mechanics and clerks to execute plans.
• Ensure availability of labor and tools for all activities.
• Monitor third-party repairs and ensure machines are operable.
• Ensure spare parts accuracy and returns per policy.
