Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a budget based on field conditions and yearly treatment plan.
• Develop monthly and daily work plans and allocate materials accordingly.
• Coordinate foremen, mechanics, and clerks to implement the daily plan.
• Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and spare parts for all activities.
• Oversee repairs by third-party technicians and verify parts exchanges.
