• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all production activities and existing resources for production activities and projects.
• Supervise production, maximizing efficiency and ensuring scheduled completion.
• Analyze and provide problem-solving strategies to overcome production issues.
• Responsible for work schedules and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with related divisions.
• Placement: Mimic Concept Penjaringan Jakarta Utara.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in wood engineering, age limit 40 years.
• Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals/teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the high-end industrial field.
• Able to operate AutoCAD, read, and break down technical drawings.
• Budgeting and costing of production.
• Mastery of interior materials and use of furniture production machines.
