Job summary

PT Indonesia Multi Colour Printing (PT IMCP) seeks a Foreman Workshop to lead and manage Workshop (Engineering) activities, including Bubut and Milling operations and drafting. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 2 years in Workshop Engineering with hand tooling experience.

You will need solid understanding of how workshop machines operate and be able to interpret technical drawings using Solidworks or Catia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of workshop engineering experience.
• Experience with hand tooling fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all workshop (engineering) activities including turning and milling operations and drafting.
• Supervise and coordinate the team, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Ensure understanding of workshop machines and basic technical drawings.
