Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, high-performing websites.

Ensure website structure and code follow SEO best practices.

Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.

Optimize website architecture, URL structures, meta tags, and page speed.

Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues.

Implement schema markup and structured data where applicable.

Monitor and report on website performance and search rankings.

Assist in link-building strategies and outreach for off-page SEO.

Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.

Develop and customize WordPress websites to meet client requirements and ensure optimal performance.

Integrate WordPress with various third-party plugins, APIs, and services to enhance functionality.

Implement responsive design and ensure websites are mobile-friendly.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring website stability and uptime.

Assist with website maintenance, updates, and security patches.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Website Developer & WordPress Developer.

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including, but not limited to:

On-Page SEO: keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, meta tags.

Technical SEO: site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, crawlability.

Able to guarantee #1 Google Page Result.

Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance monitoring tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Able to execute SEO methods is a bonus, such as private blog networks (PBN).

Continuously monitor SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and adapt strategies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Website & WordPress Development.

Experience with local SEO and multi-language SEO.

Familiarity with marketing funnels and conversion optimization.

Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles.

Graphic design or visual content experience is a plus.

Very strong in CMS such as WordPress.

The candidate must be proficient in understanding and writing in English.
