Job description

· Diploma / Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar.

· Experiences as workshop manager for turbo machinery.

· At least 5 years of professional experiences in turbo machinery industry.

· Experiences in managing a team.

· Excellent English skills communication on all company levels.

· Independent, structured, consistent and customer-oriented working method.

· Excellent commitment and good decision-making skills.

· Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java.

· Experiences in turbo machinery industry such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, screw compressors etc.

· Experiences as a team leader.

· Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding.

· Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment.

· Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity.

· Fast response to customer demands and solutions oriented mind-set.

· Experiences in selecting and buying tools and workshop machines.

· Monitoring and maintaining of product quality as per company standard.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic planning for workshop development.

· Planning of personnel, machines, materials and operating materials.

· Supporting by selecting and recruiting, guiding, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, advising and disciplining employees.

· Planning, monitoring and assessing work processes.

· Recommending measures for improvement.

· Complying with Company guidelines, standards and procedures.

· Implementing Company production, quality and customer standards.

· Determining and documenting deviations.

· Carrying out corrective measures.

· Responsible for the service interval for the function and reliability of the workshop devices by carrying out a preventative maintenance program.

· Responsible for a safe, healthy working environment by using defined standards and procedures.

· Budget planning (e.g. workshop project costs, overheads) according to project plan.

· Assist in redesign / restructuring of work devices and production conversions while taking into account practical experience and theoretical background knowledge.

· Determining defects as well as rejecting / introducing measures / suggestions for troubleshooting.

· Assist developing measures for preventative quality assurance, implementing these measures and defining quality standards.

· Inspecting and discussing work results with employee.

· Carrying out staff appraisals.

· Improving the efficiency of all service processes.

· Regularly determining and reporting key figures.

· Leading employees and promoting customer-oriented behavior.
