1. Oversee food handling and hygiene of wine cellars; conduct inspections according to USPH standards.
2. Collaborate with the Beverage staff to recommend wines for future onboard purchases.
3. Promote and analyze wine sales.
4. Conduct wine education seminars and tastings for guests.
5. Provide detailed wine descriptions from all growing regions worldwide, including varieties, growing conditions, current and future trends. Maintain a strong working knowledge of all other alcoholic beverages, including beer/ales, mixed drinks, and cocktails.
