Windows Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Windows Systems Engineer based in Indonesia to support our U.S.-based client during overnight U.S. hours. This is a full-time remote position, ideal for a skilled and motivated IT professional looking to work with a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory and Group Policy
2. Perform server maintenance, patching, and performance tuning
3. Administer WSUS for Windows patch management and reporting
4. Assist in implementing and maintaining Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
5. Support and manage Hyper-V virtual environments
6. Provide support and administration of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
7. Assist with Azure AD tasks and integrations (experience preferred)
8. Monitor systems and respond to incidents promptly during overnight shift
9. Collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams and end users

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or similar role
2. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration
3. Experience managing WSUS and performing patching in mid-to-large scale environments
4. Proficiency with Hyper-V for virtual infrastructure support
5. Solid understanding of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
6. Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based services is a plus
7. Experience in large enterprise or distributed environments is highly desirable
8. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
9. Ability to work independently and handle complex technical issues
