• Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.
• Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Spa Reception within The Spa division. To deliver uncompromised attention in quality Spa services to in house guests/visitors/members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Selling and up selling Spa treatment, retail, Membership.

Responsible to maintain cleanliness of male/female locker area. To maintain linen and terry levels and to restock amenities. Responsible for the daily monitoring of all aspects of the spa's housekeeping operations to ensure maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromised attention to guest service.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of guest experience from arriving, during Spa experience and fond farewell, including but not limited to The Spa treatment, locker, relaxation, lounge, swimming pool.
