Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Operator for Well Testing Projects to support on-location testing activities and equipment handling. You will assist with rig-up, flow operations, sampling, flowback, and demobilization, under supervision of Field Specialists and engineers.

The role requires hands-on field experience and strict adherence to safety and procedure. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in oil and gas well testing, with basic English communication and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with practical oil and gas field ops.
• Minimum 3 years in oil and gas well testing or related wellsite services.
• Basic knowledge of wellsite operations and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-location well testing activities: rig-up, pressure testing support, flow operations, sampling, flowback, clean-up, rig-down, demobilization.
• Prepare, inspect, connect and operate equipment under supervision following procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions, safety requirements, and customer site rules during daily field ops.
• Maintain safe, organized worksite with proper equipment handling and housekeeping.
