PT Honglu Baja Indonesia is seeking a skilled Welding Inspector to oversee welding activities in accordance with established procedures and standards at our Cikarang site. You will inspect materials, joint preparation, welding processes, and final welds, ensuring conformity to specifications and safety requirements.
You will also prepare reports and collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.
Welding Inspector responsible for inspection and monitoring of welding work according to applicable procedures and standards.
Key responsibilitiesConduct inspection and monitoring of welding work in accordance with procedures and applicable standards
Ensure welding quality results meet specifications and technical requirements
Perform examination of materials, joint preparation, welding process, and final welding results
Create and ensure completeness of reports and documentation of inspection results
Coordinate with engineering, production, and related parties in resolving quality issues
About youMinimum D3 education in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
Work experience as Welding Inspector for 5 years
Experience in welding inspection and understanding of welding standards and procedures
Valid Welding Inspector certification BNSP or CSWIP 3.0
Must include relevant project experience as Welding Inspector in CV
Good communication, analysis, and documentation skills
Able to work independently and in teams with commitment to quality and safety standards
