Job summary

Japfa is looking for a Warehouse Operator in Sumatera Utara to perform and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS) safely and accurately.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, follow SOPs, support safety and housekeeping, and assist in cycle counts while guiding junior operators when required.

• Perform and support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Operate material handling equipment and warehouse systems (WMS) safely and accurately
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, labelling, and stock movements
• Support compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations
• Support workflow coordination and guide junior operators where required
• Report operational issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Contribute to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
