Job summary

Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta seeks a Food and Beverage Team Leader to assist the Outlet Manager in delivering courteous, professional and efficient service in line with Hyatt's brand standards. You will help manage daily operations of the outlet and ensure guest and employee expectations are met.

Ideally you hold a relevant hospitality or tourism degree, have at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, and possess strong problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills to lead the team.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's standards.
• Support the Outlet Manager to ensure the outlet is managed efficiently with courteous, professional and flexible service.
