We are seeking candidates who are passionate, dynamic, data-oriented, result-driven, agile, and possess a positive can-do attitude for the position at La SEINE Wedding Hall - Cyber 2 Tower.

Job Descriptions
  1. Manage sales activities, identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts with a focus on increasing business.
  2. Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities.
  3. Execute and support operational aspects of booked business, such as generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.
  4. Continue building relationships with local wedding vendors and promote our venues through these vendors for events.
  5. Use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
  6. Achieve targeted wedding bookings by numbers and revenue.
  7. Devise and execute individual market plans and analyze financial data.
  8. Respond to and process inquiries professionally and promptly.
  9. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings.
  10. Support the company's customer service standards.
  11. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring daily service basics are met.
  12. Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  13. Understand customer needs and recommend features and services that meet or exceed expectations.
  14. Understand the overall market, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, and demand, and know how to sell against them.
Requirements
  1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Manager in Wedding & Social Events.
  3. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with good presentation skills.
  4. Advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
  6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
