Job Descriptions
- Manage sales activities, identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts with a focus on increasing business.
- Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities.
- Execute and support operational aspects of booked business, such as generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.
- Continue building relationships with local wedding vendors and promote our venues through these vendors for events.
- Use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
- Achieve targeted wedding bookings by numbers and revenue.
- Devise and execute individual market plans and analyze financial data.
- Respond to and process inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings.
- Support the company's customer service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring daily service basics are met.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend features and services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Understand the overall market, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, and demand, and know how to sell against them.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Manager in Wedding & Social Events.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with good presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
