Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud in Bali is seeking a Website Developer Staff to maintain, update, and enhance the company website. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills, and CMS familiarity (WordPress preferred).

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep content fresh and optimized. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks, you will ensure site performance, security basics, and SEO alignment while communicating

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in website development, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, SEO, website performance, and web security.
• Able to maintain, update, and troubleshoot website content and functionality.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO tools is a plus.
• Able to coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to develop and update website content.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio or examples of previous website projects are preferred.
