• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support.
• Relevant financial advisory and investment certificates are advantageous.
• Understanding of wealth management products, markets, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy abilities.
• Proficiency in banking systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers for affluent portfolios.
• Assist in wealth management transactions including investments, insurance, and treasury services.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and KYC/AML reviews in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
• Prepare portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.
