Job summary

DBS Bank Indonesia is seeking a Treasure Wealth Associate in Bandung to provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers for affluent clients. You will assist in wealth management transactions, onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and ensure smooth service delivery.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, collaboration with product specialists, and preparation of portfolio reports for client meetings at our Bandung Dago Branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or banking support roles.
• Financial advisory/investment certifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of wealth management products, markets, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers for affluent clients.
• Assist in wealth management transactions including investments, insurance, and treasury services.
• Onboard clients, maintain accounts, conduct KYC/AML reviews.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare portfolio reports, market updates, and client meeting materials.
