Job summary

UOB in Batam is seeking a Wealth Banking professional to manage relationships with existing clients and acquire new NTB clients to grow the wealth portfolio. The role focuses on generating fee income through investments, insurance, and wealth products while ensuring robust KYC and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor PEP clients per bank policies and may move between branches within the city. The ideal candidate has a degree in any field, strong communication and sales skills, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• WPPE and/or AAJI certification is required.
• Willing to be placed in different branches within the same city.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Wealth Banking Clients.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and grow the wealth portfolio.
• Generate fee income through investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Conduct KYC processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage PEP Clients in accordance with bank policies.
